Rosa Garcia

Rosa Garcia, born on August 6, 1989, the daughter of Josephine Caudillo, passed away on March 19, 2026. She lived a life full of love, strength, and compassion. Rosa graduated from Grand Prairie High School and went on to become a medical assistant, dedicating her career to caring for others. She had a natural gift for helping people and carried that compassion into every part of her life. Rosa is survived by her husband of 10 years, Oscar Garcia, and her three loving children, Michael Cobos, Oscar Garcia IV, and Laura Garcia, who were the center of her world. She also leaves behind many family members and friends who will cherish her memory. Rosa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Juan and Elva Caudillo. Rosa was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished daughter, niece, cousin, and friend. She was one of those rare souls who filled every room with her presence often the loudest, always the brightest. Her laughter was contagious, her spirit was vibrant, and her love for others was endless. She had a special way of bringing laughter even in the most serious moments. Her kindness knew no limits, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She loved spending time with her family and friends, whether it was a game night at home or a day at the lake. Rosa especially cherished the holidays, with Easter holding a special place in her heart because of the family softball game. She loved showing her kids that "she still got it," whether by flipping off the diving board or stealing bases during those unforgettable games. Those memories, filled with laughter and love, will forever be cherished by all who knew her. A service to celebrate Rosa's life, honor her memory, and to lift her spirit up in prayer will be held on March 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Guerrero Dean Funeral Home in Grand Prairie, TX. Rosa will be remembered for her love, her strength, and the way she brought her family together. Her presence will be deeply missed, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
