With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nydia Ewell Holowinski who peacefully entered the presence of her Lord on 8/1/2026 at the age of 78. The family will receive friends for 6 to 8 pm Monday, August 17, 2026 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 E Main Street, Grand Prairie, TX, 75050. Funeral Services will be conduct at 12 Noon, Tuesday August 18, 2026 at Inglewood Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. She was a devoted Christian whose faith guided every aspect of her life. She lived with kindness, grace, and unwavering love, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a loving wife who treasured the life she shared with her late husband, Frank. Together they created countless cherished memories, especially fishing side by side and enjoying life's simple moments. Though she deeply missed him after his passing, their love remained an enduring example to their family. She was a devoted mother to her two daughters and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. Nothing meant more to her than spending quality time with her family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. She found happiness in reading, caring for her two dogs (Beau and Daisy), traveling to other states and countries, savoring a good cup of coffee, and sharing meaningful conversations with those she loved. Her gentle spirit, wisdom, and caring heart will be remembered by all whose lives she touched. While our hearts grieve her absence, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Savior, reunited with her beloved husband. Her legacy of faith, love, compassion, and devotion to family will continue to live on in those she leaves behind. She is survived by her two daughters (Kim and Kelly), her two son-in-laws (Rodney and Mike), four grandchildren (Cody, Taylor, Haley, and Ashlyn), extended family, and many dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
