William "Bill" Allen Richardson Jr., 84, of Kemp passed away March 13, 2025. Graveside Service: 11a.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at King Cemetery, County Road 2138, Kemp, TX, 75143. Billy was born in Dallas, TX on September 23, 1940, the daughter of the late Mary Francis Moore and William Allen Richardson Sr. Bill's life was one of dedication, love, and simple joys of life. He had many accomplishments, including being a Square Dance Caller, owning a gun shop as well as a paint company where all the family worked and learned the trade. He also worked as a taxidermist preserving the beautiful appearance of various types of animals. The walls of his home are filled with his works of art. Playing cards was a great passion as well as his love for Country Music. Bill was an avid gardener and loved nurturing life and beauty from the soil. His lawn was extremely meticulous as he cared for it with great pride. The beauty of this lawn is also a testament to his perseverance and dedication to the things that were dear to him. Above all, Bill's heart belonged to his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife Sue whom he cared for his unwavering devotion. After 48 years of marriage their bond was inseparable. Working together, square dancing, gardening and raising their children were just a few of the many things they enjoyed together. The love for his grandchildren was boundless. He cherished every moment spent with each of them. As his children embarked on their own lives, Bill longed for the closeness of the early days. Yet, his life was filled with joy and love. He was a good man, a hard soul, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He taught them the value of hard work, the importance of family, and beauty in simple pleasures. William Jr. is survived by his loving wife Sue, his children Robert Allen Richardson, Penny Young, Sheila Yeager, Eva Lewis Cooper, Allen Quintana, Thomas Quintana, and James Graves, twenty four grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and countless friends and relatives that will greatly miss him. He is preceded in death by his parents William Sr. and Mary Frances Moore, his son Antonio Quintana and his daughter Tammy Castillo.
