Janie Mae Sudlow

October 2, 1939 - June 29, 2021

Janie Sudlow, 81, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was called to his eternal resting place on June 29, 2021. She entered this world on October 2, 1939 in Lancaster, OH, the third of three children born to the late William Raymond Marshall Sr and the late Rachael Hurst Marshall in Lancaster, Ohio Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 E. Main Street, Grand Prairie, TX, 75050. A Memorial Service will conducted at New Life Christian Church, Ohio at a later date. Janie Sudlow was born on October 2, 1939 in Lancaster, Ohio, where she would live most of her life. She would meet and marry the late Timothy Sudlow, whom she would spend the next fifty-nine years with. In 2002, they would move to Burleson where so they could be closer to family. Janie was an excellent musician. The was the primary organist for New Life Christian Church in Lancaster for thirty-five years. Always positive and bright, she loved by gifts for others, especially grandchildren. She is survived by his son-in-law Nathan Darst; daughter Teresa Darst; grandson Joshua Darst; granddaughter Tiffany French; great-grandson Isaac Darst; great-granddaughter Tessa Darst; great-grandson Isaiah French; great-granddaughter Gracie French; great-granddaughter Preslie French; great-granddaughter Alexis French; niece, Lois Hicks; nephew, Leonard Hicks; sister-in-law, Freeda Marshall; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Marshall and William Raymond Marshall Jr.
