Elisha Adawn Caudle

April 28, 1968 - January 30, 2022

Elisha Adawn Caudle, 53 of Grand Prairie, Texas died Sunday, January 30, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born April 28, 1968 in El Paso, Texas to the late Samuel Dwain Owens and Judy Uyvonne Howell. Elisha loved to dance A LOT and to jam out to music. She loved to swim and was on the swim team in high school. She was very outgoing and never knew a stranger and was often spontaneous in taking trips to her favorite place, the ocean where she loved to fish. She was very active and threw parties full of friends and family. Her favorite thing to do with family was to share a meal especially at Christmas, her favorite holiday. Being a mom was her favorite thing to be, even through the rough times. Elisha could talk on the phone for hours and also enjoyed playing sudoku and coloring. Elisha took pride in her appearance and always liked to look nice even through illness. She loved spending time with her mother Judy Owens at the hotel where they watched tv and talked for hours. She was a fighter and fought for years to be with her family and friends to obtain any time possible. Visitation will be Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 E. Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. where family and friends will celebrate her life at 2:00 p.m. Elisha is survived by her children Cody Caudle, Alexys Jones and spouse EJ, Dakota Caudle, mother Judy Owens Reaves, siblings Chris Owens and Shannon Owens, nieces and nephews Dustin, Nathan and Lacey Owens, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
