Rafael Navarro

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Rafael Navarro, a hardworking man who dedicated over two decades of his life to his employer, THM Inc. He worked as a forklift operator in the highway maintenance industry, with his death resulting from injuries sustained in an accident while working near Bonham, Texas. Rafael was born in Los Angeles, CA and spent a part of his young life in Mexico. He would briefly move to Chicago, IL, where he met and married his loving wife, Sandra Guzman. Their love was genuine, supporting and loving each other for the next twenty years. Rafael, known for his strong work ethic, spent his days diligently operating forklifts but always made time for his family. He cherished moments spent with his wife and siblings, Miguel, Jacqueline, and Danielle. Rafael was a man who valued family above all else. A public viewing will occur from 5 to 8 pm on Monday, October 7, 2024 at Guerrero- Dean Funeral Home, 500 E Main Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 with a Rosary in remembrance taking place at 6. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will occur at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 610 NE 17th Street, on October 8, 2024, at 10 am, where he was a faithful member. Rafael touched the lives of many with his dedication and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May soul forever rest in peace. Rafael was preceded in death by his parents: Miguel Navarro, Maria Navarro and a son, Christo Rafael Navarro. Trabajó como operador de montacargas en la industria de mantenimiento de carreteras, y su muerte se debió a las lesiones sufridas en un accidente mientras trabajaba cerca de Bonham, Texas. Rafael nació en Los Ángeles, CA y pasó parte de su joven vida en México. Se mudaría brevemente a Chicago, IL, donde conoció y se casó con su amada esposa, Sandra Guzmán. Su amor fue genuino, apoyándose y amándose mutuamente durante los siguientes veinte años. Rafael, conocido por su sólida ética de trabajo, pasaba sus días operando diligentemente montacargas pero siempre hacía tiempo para su familia. Apreciaba los momentos que pasaba con su esposa y sus hermanos, Miguel, Jacqueline y Danielle. Rafael era un hombre que valoraba la familia por encima de todo. Se realizará una visita pública de 5 a 8 p. m. el lunes 7 de octubre de 2024 en Funeraria Guerrero-Dean, 500 E Main Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 con un Rosario en a las 6. Una misa de funeral de entierro cristiano ocurrirá en la Iglesia Católica Inmaculada Concepción, 610 NE 17th Street, el día 8 de octubre de 2024, a las 10 am, donde era miembro fiel. Rafael tocó la vida de muchos con su dedicación y amor por su familia. Todos los que lo conocieron lo extrañaremos profundamente. Que el alma descanse siempre en paz. A Rafael le precedieron en la muerte sus padres: Miguel Navarro, María Navarro y un hijo, Christo Rafael Navarro.
