Miguel Angel Del Bosque Sr.

Miguel Angel Del Bosque, known to many as Mike, Big Mike, or DB, passed away March 13, 2026. A man truly larger than life, Mike will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, unwavering dedication, and the lasting impact he made on his community and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Mike was a devoted public servant and proud member of the Grand Prairie City Council, representing District 3. He was deeply passionate about serving his community and took great pride in building meaningful connections throughout the city, across the state, and even nationally. His leadership, vision, and commitment to others left a mark that will not be forgotten. In addition to his work in public service, Mike was a successful business owner who was gifted in entrepreneurship. He took immense pride in growing his business, intire Health, and creating opportunities for others. He valued his team deeply and found joy in celebrating their shared accomplishments and victories. Known as the life of the party, Mike had a personality that filled every room. He was hardworking, driven, and generous, with a heart that was always willing to give. He lived by the motto, "You have to take the bull by the horns," approaching life with courage, determination, and passion. Above all, Mike was a family man. He cherished time spent with loved ones-whether hunting, fishing, camping, or watching Dallas Cowboys football together. His greatest joy was his grandson, Mikey, who was truly his pride and joy. Mike is survived by his loving family: his daughter, Victoria Del Bosque; his son, Miguel A. Del Bosque Jr.; their mother Lindsay Esparza; and his grandson, Miguel A. Del Bosque III. He is also survived by his parents, Frank and Eloisa Del Bosque; his brother, Frank Del Bosque Jr.; his sisters, Melissa Tepera and her husband James, and Norma Del Bosque; his nephews, Isaac and Joaquin Del Bosque, Ethan, Luke, and Jake Tepera; and his nieces, Lisa Dominguez and Brianna Riza.He was preceded in death by his brother, Isaac Del Bosque, who passed before him. Mike's legacy is one of leadership, love, and living life fully. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, colleagues, and the community he served so faithfully.
