Juanita Rangel

Juanita Rangel peacefully entered eternal rest on December 27, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on June 27, 1939, in Harlingen, Texas, Juanita lived a life devoted to God, family, and service, leaving behind a legacy of faith, strength, and unconditional love. Juanita was a devoted mother who raised seven children, instilling in them strong values, resilience, and faith. She was a loving and proud mother to Arturo Rangel, Eduardo Rangel, Cynthia Rangel, David Rangel, Elia Yvette Rangel-Valdez, Rene Rangel, and Eloyd Rangel. She loved each of her children equally and took great pride in her family. She was introduced to her first grandchild in 1985, Joshua Cole, followed by Tonya Cole, James Bodnar, Samantha Jo Rangel, Eduardo G. Rangel, Reymundo Rangel, Trinity Rangel, Neveah “Boogie” Rangel, Obediah Rangel, Moses Rangel, Chloe Rangel, Marlin Weaver, Caleb Weaver, Sarah Walters, Ray David Rangel, Marla Jane Rangel, Elayna Rangel, Micah Rey Rangel, She was blessed again with her first Great-grandchildren Gabriel Ramirez Cole, Thalia Ramirez Cole, Lanie Weaver, Everleigh Weaver, Liam Wiley Jaden Ruiz, Neveah Ruiz, Niko Sanchez, Jovani Sanchez Juanita was a woman of strong faith, a cheerful giver, and a devoted prayer warrior. God was at the center of her life, and she lived her faith daily through prayer, kindness, and love. Her favorite Bible verses reflected her unwavering devotion: I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. -Psalm 9:1-2 “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” — Joshua 1:8 “As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me. Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.” — Psalm 55:16–17 Juanita was known for her beautiful soul, radiant smile, outgoing spirit, her love for singing to the Lord with all her heart, and her readiness to share God’s Word with others. She was full of life and joy, always uplifting those around her. She enjoyed baking cakes, was a talented seamstress, and took pride in caring for her home and family. She often reminded her loved ones to always put God first, trusting that He would direct their paths. Above all, Juanita loved her family deeply and was incredibly proud of them. Her legacy of faith, love, strength, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered.
