Joana Tickle

Joana Marie Tickle, born on August 23, 1986, in Fort Worth, Texas, Joana left this world on July 10, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, and unwavering faith that touched the lives of all who knew her. She was the daughter and the third of five children born to Henry Darrell Tickle II and Rosa Maria Pena. Joana was a cherished daughter, and though she did not have children of her own, she embraced the role of a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews, showering them with affection and guidance. For fifteen years, she dedicated herself to her work as an administrative assistant for the City of Dallas, where her cheerful disposition and unwavering smile endeared her to colleagues and clients alike. A true companion, Joana shared her life with her American Bulldog, Chump, who provided her loyal companionship for fifteen wonderful years. Whether she was enjoying sun-soaked vacations in Cancun or Miami or simply basking in the warmth of family gatherings, Joana's zest for life was evident in everything she did. Her bubbly personality and infectious laughter left a lasting imprint on the hearts of her friends and family.Joana's deep faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her through both challenges and triumphs. She embodied kindness and compassion, always uplifting those around her and creating an atmosphere of joy. To honor her life and legacy, a public viewing will take place at Guerrero Dean Funeral Home on July 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, culminating in a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Prior to the public viewing, a family viewing will be held at 9:30 AM to allow close relatives a moment to reflect and celebrate Joana's life together. She is survived by her Mother Rosa Moreno, father, Henry Darrell Tickle II; siblings, Jessie, Tina, Carlos; maternal grandfather, Jesse Pena and paternal grandmother, Bianca Villarreal. Preceding her in death was her brother, Henry III, grandmother, Irma Trevino and a niece, Isabella Tickle. Grandfather Senior Henry Tickle. Joana Marie Tickle will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered for her radiant spirit, and the impact she made on those fortunate enough to know her.
