Bruce Anthony Verdino

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Bruce Anthony Verdino, a loving son, brother, and friend to many. Bruce was born on November 8, 1956 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to his beloved mother, Roberta Coppoletta and the late Gerard Verdino. He tragically left this world on April 3, 2024, at the age of 67, in Arlington, Texas. Bruce will be warmly remembered by his surviving loved ones: his mother, Roberta Coppoletta; his sisters along with their spouses Lisa (Kirt) Speaks, Susie (Jake) McGinnis, and Norma (Rick) Moody, his niece Kalina and nephews Keaton, Michael, Jerry Jr, Garrett, Sammy, Scott and Ricky and their respective spouses, along with his step-mother Nanlee Huston who all shared special bonds with him throughout his life. He was a graduate of Coconut Creek High School in Coconut Creek, Florida, and pursued a career as a journeyman electrician, excelling in his field. Bruce's journey on this earth was not without its challenges. He faced the loss of his biological father, Gerard, his step-father, Joseph who raised him and his only brother Jerry, his best friend, yet he persevered with strength and resilience, always carrying their memory in his heart. A fateful car accident on January 6, 2024 led to complications that ultimately led to his untimely passing, leaving a void in the lives of those who knew him. Despite this tragic loss, we remember Bruce for his kindness, dedication, and the laughter he brought to those around him. A Casual Graveside Service to honor Bruce's life will be held on April 15, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Mountain Creek Cemetery, where friends and family will gather to pay their respects and cherish the memories they shared with him. Bruce Anthony Verdino will be eternally missed, but his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to have known him. We celebrate that he no longer has life's physical challenges but he rejoices in heaven forever. May his memory and humor be a source of comfort and solace during this difficult time.
