Rumalda G. Jackson, 81, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in Grand Prairie surrounded by her family. She was born February 4, 1939 in Donna, Texas to the late Primitivo Guerra and Rita De Leon Guerra. Rumalda was a migrant worker, following the crops and field work until 1969 when she moved to Grand Prairie. She started working for the Department of Human Services in 1975 and retired from there after many years of service. She loved reading books, took care of her home and children after working all day. She was devoted wife and mother. Rumalda was a member of St. Michael the Arch Angel Catholic Church up until her health declined. Rumalda is survived by her husband of 60 years, Leonardo "Leonard" H. Jackson, children, Leonor V. Jackson, Leonardo Jackson, Jr. and wife Carol, Carlos Javier Jackson and wife Dolores, Mary Elizabeth De La Cerda and husband Guadalupe, Angela Christine Gonzales and husband Barry, Michael Alexander Jackson and wife Sylvia, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, David Guerra and husband Josie, Robert Guerra and wife Troli, Ninfa Sauceda, Irma Villa and husband Juan, Paula Webber and extended family.
