Billy Loyd Sawyers, 65, passed away Saturday morning, July 18, 2020. Loyd was born August 9, 1954, in Pleasanton, California. Loyd served in the U.S. Army and was an auctioneer. He was a passionate follower of Christ and lived his life to the fullest. Loyd never met a stranger. And as Loyd would ask, "Has anyone told you Jesus loves you today"? Loyd was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Fred Sawyers and Patricia Stitt; and his wife, Mary Sawyers. Survivors: Daughter, Kirby Hughes and husband, Colt Hughes; grandson, Justin Sayers; brothers, Randy Sawyers, and Ross Sawyers and wife, Lisa Sawyers; and a host of extended family and friends. Services: A visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home. Celebration of life will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020, at 121 Community Church.
