Sylvia Guerrero-Dean is a native of El Paso, TX, where she graduated from Canutillo High School in 1987. She enrolled and graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1988. Sylvia has had a desire to be in funeral service since the age of seven. As a dual licensed embalmer and director, her goal is to make every family as comfortable as possible. Her bilingual skills enable to communicate with the large Spanish speaking population in the local area. Memberships include Heartland Church of Irving, Grand Prairie Metro Rotary, (board member), Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, (branding irons) and Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce Woman's Division. Sylvia is wife to Mark, and mother to Alexandrea and Dillon.

Mark Dean
is a native of Killeen, TX. where he graduated from Killeen High School in 1978. He attended college in Jackson, MS. at Jackson College of Ministries before enrolling and graduating from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1987. A licensed embalmer and funeral director, Mark has been employed at funeral homes in Killeen, Irving and Ft. Worth. A son of a retired minister and brother of 4 pastors, funeral service comes easily for him. Memberships include Heartland Church of Irving (church board), Grand Prairie Host Lions Club (vice president), and Dallas County Funeral Directors Association (board member). Mark is husband to Sylvia, and father to Alison, Alexandrea and Dillon.

Pansee' Cox is a native of Shreveport, LA. She moved to Grand Prairie in 1954 where she and her late husband, A.M. Cox opened and operated used car lots until the time of his death in 1969. Mrs. Cox has been a licensed Real Estate Salesman and Broker since 1977. She also was licensed to sell fire and casualty insurance. Her previous employment includes New Home Builders, New Car Dealerships and a multi-level Marketing company where she retired as accounting and payroll manager in 1999. She has been a licensed pre-need consoler since 2001, and assists with families and day-to-day operations at the funeral home. She is mother to Charles, Ashley, Dana and Lance, and grandmother to seven grandchildren.

Jim Lewis is a native of Memphis, TN., and a veteran of the US Navy. He is a former resident of Southern MS., and Baton Rouge, LA., where he worked in the office equipment industry. Mr. Lewis moved to Arlington, TX. in 1986 working with an office equipment company servicing word processors and electronic typewriters. He became a licensed pre-need counselor in 1988, working for funeral homes in Fort Worth, Irving and Grand Prairie. He came to work at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home in March of 2002 working as a pre-need and cemetery marker specialist. Interests include Gospel Music, fishing and woodworking. He is husband to Stella, and father to Brian and Charlie.

Jewel Wright is a native of Leonard, TX., and has been a resident of Grand Prairie since 1965, having moved with her husband who was employed by LTV Mrs. Wright has been an employee of the funeral home since 1992, greeting and comforting families at a time of loss. She has been a member of Eighth Street Baptist Church in Grand Prairie for more than thirty years. She is wife of Ray Sr., mother of Redic, Mitzi, Brenda and Ray Jr., grandmother of eight, and great-grandmother of one.
