Angelina "Angie" Monjaraz, 32, a native of Dallas and log time resident of Grand Prairie, died Sunday, February 7, 2010 in an Arlington hospital.

Angie was born in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Juan Monjaraz and Celia Garza. She was raised in the Dallas area, and when she was younger, had a love for music and dancing, especially ballet.

She was a graduate of Grand Prairie High School and had been a faithful member of Casa Amistad Church for over 6 years. Even though she had lost her eyesight, she would keep her family current with events and news from around the world.

She is survived by 2 children; Crystal Monjaraz and Juan Armando Monjaraz; mother, Celia Camarillo; father, Juan Monjaraz and his wife Maria Robledo; siblings, Juan Miguel Monjaraz, Ruben Monjaraz, Josie Solis, Arturo Solis Jr., Daniel Monjaraz and David Monjaraz.

Visitation: 12 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday with a Prayer Service beginning at 7. Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home, 500 East Main Street, Grand Prairie, Texas, 75050. Burial: Southland Memorial Park.
